Weight Loss

The weight continues to go.  I am down two more pounds this morning.  The tally so far?  20 pounds.  How much more?  18 lbs.  How have I done it?  Small changes.  Very small changes.

I was tired of diets.  Hate diets.  I like to eat too much to go on a diet.  Low-carb?  No way.  South Beach?  Yuck.  NutriSystem? Don’t even get me started.  I tried NutriSystem or as I prefer to call it NutriPuke.  I lost weight – but that was the most vile food I have ever ate.  Small changes.  That’s where it’s at.  And realizing that gluttony is a sin and food can be addicting.  I was like a smoker.  After every meal – I HAD to have something sweet.  Going the route of gluttony being a sin may get me a few snide remarks.  Snide away – it’s true.  I had an area of my life that I had let take over.  No more though.  I continue to make small changes – and the weigh continues to come off.  If anything I am now in control of the urge to over eat.

yes, always eat but eat the correct food and you can also maintain your weight and health.
