About five months ago – I put up a post about weight loss.
I was on a roll. Honest. But then something happened. It always does, right? I mean in dieting, or any other goal setting. Think New Years resolutions. Something always happens. So what got me off track? What happened? I have no idea. I don’t remember. Let’s blame the holidays. Thanksgiving – Christmas.
Then winter.
I need to get back on track. Good news lurks however. I have kept the original weight off – I just have not lost any more. So, I need to get my eating habits back on track – and the weight should start coming back off. It’s just that whole eating right thing.
