World wide rate cuts
The whole world cut interest rates today.
The US Federal Reserve led a co-ordinated round of global official rate cuts today, easing by a half-point, as did the European Central Bank, Bank of England and Swiss, Canadian and Swedish banks.

OK - it’s not a shack. But it is a very dilapidated old house.
Yahoo! News has an article up about a Saginaw, Mich house that recently sold for $1.75 plus back taxes.
